My name is Scott Barrs. I have been a professional piercer since 1997 and have been making body jewelry since 1999. I started out carving wood, horn and bone, putting together many different combinations of wood and stone inlays. My designs have been an influence on many companies and many other individuals pieces to this day. After receiving a degree in Jewelry/Metalsmithing, I started to concentrate on making fine jewelry out of silver and gold as well as doing much more stone carving than I had done in the past. All body jewelry that I sell is handmade by me. I do not outsource any of my products. These days I am only doing custom stone orders, however I do have a rather sizable backstock of hardwood jewelry still available.
