Due to the nature of the products Oracle Body Jewelry LLC sells, there is a strict no return policy on all items. The only way that an item can be returned is if it arrives damaged or broken. If this ever to happen, which is highly unlikely, then I will make the exact same item in return after examination of the broken piece. Making the same item means the same stone, same EXACT design, No changes to the wearing surface or size at all. Damage from shipping MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package and the sealed bag that the jewelry comes in must not be broken, open, or tampered with in any way, otherwise Oracle Body Jewelry LLC must assume that it was damaged or broken from personal negligence. As previously stated, damage from shipping almost never happens as I take the utmost care in packing your jewelry but if a problem occurs please let me know at once.
